Waterfowlers Know... It's Opening Day!
The Chesapeake Bay is home to some of the most amazing waterfowl hunting you can find. From sea duck hunting on the open waters of the Bay to goose hunting in a pit on the edge of a field... when it is in your blood, you live for this time of year.
Is a hunting property on your wish list for 2026? Whether you are dreaming of a private blind off your own waterfront (make sure you check DNR's distance requirements), water access or land to build pits or impoundments, thanks to my husband and twin boys, I understand hunting, what you are looking for and am happy to help you search for just the right spot.
TIP: Not sure what area you want to be in? It's PEAK Waterfowl Season NOW--Spend time in the area and talk to neighbors, local guides, and outfitters. The Eastern Shore has tight-knit hunting communities with historical knowledge about everything you could ever want to know... flight patterns, winds, weather and more.
